The shortlist removes players at scheduled kickoff. Confirm current player availability, free-agent status and your league’s transaction deadlines before acting.
Step 3
Decide whether to hold
Review what changed during the afternoon. A backup who just gained meaningful work may be worth holding through waivers. If nothing changed, compare the night-game opportunity before making another move.

Should I save my last bench spot for Monday?
Consider any unresolved Monday starter in your lineup first. A Sunday night stash can use the roster spot you need for a Monday replacement. Check the Monday candidates and your transaction deadline before committing.
Are these players free agents in my league?
This shortlist does not connect to your league. Roster percentages come from ESPN public leagues and show how often a back is already taken, not whether he is free in yours. Use “Hide player” for names already rostered, then check your league for waiver status and roster restrictions.
